I need information about the material for our development environment test in the purchased Jetson AGX ori 900-13701-0080-000 module, but I can’t find it even when I look up the forum, so I leave an inquiry.

May I know what the material of items 1, 2, and 3 of the image is and what painting process has been carried out?

Or I just need information about the material.

1 is Thermal Transfer Plate (TTP) which is AL6063-T5 and is black anodized. 2 is PCB (FR4). 3 is Back stiffener and it is same material as 1.
