Install issue CodeWorks for Andorid 1R4 on Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit

Installing CodeWorks for Android 1R4 doesn’t update packages as described in the Release Notes. There is no “CodeWorks for Android 1R4” element in the dropdown list in the upper left corner of the CodeWorks for Android Component Manager, just “AndroidWorks 1R1”, “AndroidWorks 1R2” and “CodeWorks for Android 1R3”. Selecting “CodeWorks for Android 1R3” and “Standard” installation leaves all actions to “no action” for all packages except for “Post Setup” which says “install 4.0” After installation, this is reported:

The following components are installed:
Post Setup
+Setup Drivers and Tools Support 4.0
+Compile Samples 4.0

I.e. no applications are upgraded, e.g. Tegra System Profiler is left at v2.4.1994.8839, expected v2.5 as stated in the 1R4 Release Notes.

Install command:
~/Downloads$ sudo ./
[sudo] password for xxx:
Verifying archive integrity… All good.
Uncompressing CodeWorks for Android…

(Launcher:18692): IBUS-WARNING **: The owner of /home/xxx/.config/ibus/bus is not root!

Solved by doing a fresh install (remove NVPACK and .NVIDIA). I.e installing on top of Codeworks for Android 1R3 deosn’t work on Ubuntu.
