Why is there no option to select jetpack 4.2.2 in the sdk manager. I see 4.4, 4.3 and 3.* but not 4.2.2. When I go to the archive to get 4.2 it just sends me to the same download page for the latest sdk.
I saw that 4.2.2 was in sdkmanager_0.9.11-3405_amd64. 4.3 is in 1.0.1 and 4.4 is in 1.1.0.
Is sdkmanager 0.9.11 available anywhere? Where do I download Jetpaack 4.2.2 not 4.3 or 4.4?
