Install L4T R32.1.0

I have installed L4T R32.3.1,but the camera’s driver release is L4T R32.1.0, so i try to install the old release .And the terminal tell me ‘read board information failed’. I input ‘lsusb’,it has Nvidia Corp.Can u help me to solve this problem? Thank you
