Sorry that we don’t have too much experience on the librosa, may other developer share their experiences with you.

I faced the same error message for Jetson AGX Xavier. Still waiting for the solution. Processing sound is the main goal why I bought Jetson Xavier AGX. Without the ability of installing such python libraries, the AGX like a garbage.

Great job dusty_nv! Now it works. Librosa can be installed on my jetson agx xavier with python3.6, Numba==0.48, and llvm-9.0.1. To make librosa latest version works (0.7.2), I need to install numba version 0.48 instead of the latest version.
