I had a question about installing and running NVBio. I’ve download & compiled NVBio on Ubuntu 18.04. Do I now need to add each tool’s (nvbio; nvBWT, nvExtractReads; nvFM-server; etc) executable within the folder to the $PATH? I’m unclear what the next step is…
