Installation error with Windows, venv, vscode

I get the error below at the step: “install the Isaac Sim packages”. Is there an issues witht the packages? I did the “pip install --upgrade pip”. I am following these instructions: Installation using Isaac Sim pip — Isaac Lab Documentation. If releavant, I doubt it, but I’m using Cuda 12…
