the zip file will not unzip Tried in windows11, then tried in ubuntu so I could sneakerNet it to windows, nope. got this error… unzip ChatWithRTX\_Installer -d rtxchat Archive: ChatWithRTX\_Installer.zip End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of ChatWithRTX\_Installer or ChatWithRTX\_Installer.zip, and cannot find ChatWithRTX\_Installer.ZIP, period. ---

The same problem to unzip the file i tried in fedora and in windows with winrar, Winzip and 7-zip wich says that the end of the archive is incorrect. ---

I can’t install Mistral or LLAMA, both fail. I’m on a g5 GPU enabled Windows Server 2022 AWS instance with the GRID driver installed and tested. Has anyone had success with the Chat product on a GPU-enabled AWS instance? The install, fails in all cases, and I have tried various approaches listed above. ---

For those that have file corruption issues, I found I could not download the file on Windows. I had to download it on Mac, transfer the file to GDrive, then from GDrive to Windows. That worked. I could not directly download on Windows without corruption. If this helps anyone. Also, don’t underestimate the disk space required. Ultimately I provisioned a 1TiB disk for this. ---

After deleting the obvious RTX with Chat installed files, I retried the installation using the same downloaded .zip file. Don’t play game while installing. Installer uses GPU while building Llama model. ---

i think it is only recommended on 30 and 40 series GPU mate ---

I’m running this on a 3060, I got that error at first, but after moving the folder to the root directory of the drive and trying again it worked. ---

I haven’t put this to the test yet, but I’ve yet to see anyone mention getting around the “space in path” issue by using the old DOS 8.3 name, still supported by NTFS. If you open a command prompt and enter: “DIR /x …”, it should show you your home path directory name with no spaces. I’m not sure if this will create more headaches later, but it should at least let you install without overhauling your computer. Please share your results if you try it. ---

Mine issue was the folder AppData\Local\NVIDIA\ChatRTX was read only. And I also did `ren %USERPROFILE%\.condarc .condarc.bak` so not sure which of those two solved the error.
