Installation of cuda 11.0 fails on Lenovo thinkpad P15 ubuntu 20.04

I am working on a “fresh” vanilla ubuntu 20.04 installation (nvidia drivers not installed). Graphic cards: Quadro RTX 4000 Mobile / Max-Q

I would like to install cuda 11.0 (not a newer version as I will use it for tensor flow: Build from source  |  TensorFlow)

How I am attempting to install:

sudo mv /etc/apt/preferences.d/cuda-repository-pin-600
sudo dpkg -i cuda-repo-ubuntu2004-11-0-local_11.0.2-450.51.05-1_amd64.deb
sudo apt-key add /var/cuda-repo-ubuntu2004-11-0-local/
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt install cuda-11-0

the error:
