Installation of the Firmware on a Jetson Nano with 16GB MM module

Hello We are new on Jetson Nano and we try to configure with different options, without sucess. Ubuntu 18, Ubuntu 20, docker but we couldn’t finish the installation.
What are the more secure and efficient way to ensure a succesfull installation of the Jetson Nano Firmware?

May I know what the firmware is?
Or just want to refalsh the SW image into device?
Could you try with SDK manager to use JetPack to reflas your device?
