Installer not find .net framework 3.5 sp1

I am still trying to install Nsight Monitor and HUD but, as title, the installer cannot find .NET Framework 3.5 sp1.

Ps. I am sure that .NET framework sp1 is correct installed

Try this verifier/repair tool for .NET framework to see if it’s a bad installation:

I tried what you suggest, but the installer still doesn’t find NET framework.
When I verify NET framework 3.5 sp1 it responses: product verification succeeded!
