Installing Driver for L40S GPU on Windows 10 with GPU Passthrough from ESXi 8

I have an L40S GPU on my ESXi 8 Host, and I enable the GPU’s passthrough to the VM.
The VM is using MS Windows 10 Pro, and the new device is detected as a “3D Video Controller.” However, after I downloaded all the versions of the driver software from NVIDIA, none of them work; it says that my device is not compatible.
