Installing earlier version of PGI community edition

Hi,

I would like to install the community edition of PGI version 17 (due to system limitations). Could you please let me know where I can find the link to download version 17? The community edition page only has a link to the latest version i.e 18.10

The Community Edition does not include access to archived versions.
