I’m having trouble with the DLI Certified Instructor onboarding for the “Bootstrapping Computer Vision Models using Synthetic Data” workshop. First, the instructor materials are missing from my DLI dashboard entirely. I’ve tried Firefox and Edge, and I’m logged in with ouba.bnina@gmail.com. My old account (bnina.ayoub@etudiant-fst.utm.tn) is no longer active. Second, I can’t access the instructor portal; I only have access to the regular member area, and I get a permission error when trying to access the instructor section (screenshot attached). Finally, my certificate, which I’ve been told is ready, is nowhere to be found despite following the instructions. The program manager sent me the link to it, but I can’t find it or the Instructor material from the dashboard. I’ve already contacted DLI support about the missing materials but haven’t heard back. This is preventing me from preparing to teach the workshop.
Hello @bnina.ayoub
Thanks for reaching out. This issue will require a DLI engineer to investigate. I have tagged them to jump in ASAP.
Thank you. I apologize, but I accidentally posted the same topic twice. You can remove the duplicate post.
Yes, already done. :-)
Hi @TomNVIDIA, Is there an estimated timeframe you can give me for when I can expect a resolution? Is there any update on whether the team is actively working on this?
Thank you.
Hi @bnina.ayoub
Sorry for the delay. The DLI team has been notified, but I don’t know for sure when they will respond.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi team,
We’ll follow up directly via the instructor certification support channels.
Hi @justinb, Thanks for the update. Just to confirm, do I need to do anything on my end ?
Because I’m not aware of any specific instructor certification support channels I have access to.
Thank you.
@TomNVIDIA @justinb
I was hoping to get an update on the current status. Have you been able to identify a solution yet? Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
