Integratign a modem with nvidia TX2 computer

Hello every body,

We are trying to integrate a nvidia TX2 computer with a 4G/LTE modem which is Quectel EM12-G. We use two extension boards, one for the TX2 computer and one for the modem. The links are below. Does any one know how to connect the modem carrier board to the TX@ carrier board? Any assistance is appreciated.
