Interlaced Output does not work on 20 series and higher cards

On 20 series and higher cards, it is impossible to output an interlaced signal on windows. They do not show up by default, and attempts to create custom interlaced resolutions always yield the error “Test failed. Custom resolution… is not supported by your display.” Attempts to bypass this issues using third party utilities, like Custom Resolution Utility, do not work. For retro gaming emulation and outputting to CRT televisions and monitors, this severely limits their utility and compatibility.
