For some reason I cant access my local Nucleus server. I keep getting an internal error message.

I would just delete that “ServerLocal” and re-add it with your up to date credentials. It is good to refresh it once in a while. Make sure you are fully logged on to Omniverse Launcher, and Nucleus.
Would’nt i loose all the content in the server if I delete the ServerLocal? If so, is there an workaround that would not risk loosing my content?
No you lose nothing. It is just a LINK to that server, not the server itself. The same way if you delete a shortcut on your desktop, it does not delete the actual file. The omniverse Nucleus server is stored on your main work server correct ? Not on your local machine ?
