I would just delete that “ServerLocal” and re-add it with your up to date credentials. It is good to refresh it once in a while. Make sure you are fully logged on to Omniverse Launcher, and Nucleus.
No you lose nothing. It is just a LINK to that server, not the server itself. The same way if you delete a shortcut on your desktop, it does not delete the actual file. The omniverse Nucleus server is stored on your main work server correct ? Not on your local machine ?
