IO PINS IN XAVIER

Hello ,
There is a difference between 2 documents , the " JETSON XAVIER OEM PRODUCT DESIGN GUIDE " AND " JETSON AGX MODULE DATA SHEET " .
The GPIO28 ( not in use ) in the first document is an input pin and in the second document is a bidirectional pin.
Or GPIO04 ( not in use ) in the first document is an output pin and in the second document is a bidirectional pin.
Which document is right ?

Generally all GPIOs are bidirectional pin before set function, that’s why they are so in module datasheet. While in OEM DG, the direction of them is defined based on function as list even not in use.
