Hi
I have been trying to build on IoT Samples at Github using MQTT Ingest Application. On running the below command:
I am getting below error on app.py file present in the source\ingest_app_mqtt:
Is omni.live library not available? If so can you please suggest me on how to proceed this further?
Thanks in advance.
Can you give me a little more context please. What sample are you talking about? What are you trying to do?
I tried NVIDIA-Omniverse/iot-samples: Collection of samples to help developers build their own IoT solution for Omniverse — specifically for MQTT ingestion under the Headless Connector section. However, I’m getting a “module not found” error for omni.live. I want to know if I missed any setup steps or if the omni.live library has been updated or deprecated.
Here I’m exploring the implementation of the MQTT protocol in Omniverse.
Ok, I see. Thanks for the additional information. Let me ask the engineers.
This demo is old, so it is no longer suitable for use without Launcher, and Localhost Nucleus. It requires extensions that we do not have by default. Please ignore this demo.
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your response. Do you have any other IoT sample developments using the MQTT protocol or OPC UA in relation to Omniverse?
As far as I know, it is just those collections of examples. We do not have another set, at the moment unfortunately.
