IP camera -Could not open resource for reading and writing

• Tesla T4 Driver Version: 470.42.01

I’m trying to run ds_transfer_learning_app_example with rtsp camera

Seems RTSP connect issue. Please ensure your RTSP works fine.

gst-launch-1.0 uridecodebin uri=rtsp://localhost:8888/cam1/mpeg4 ! nvvideoconvert ! nveglglessink ,that’s okay

Im used public rtsp :
uri=rtsp://184.72.239.149/vod/mp4:BigBuckBunny_175k.mov.I’m testing .URL in opencv, it’s ok. But in deep stream I get error

DS also use the same rtspsrc with GStreamer. Suppose GStreamer command line has the same behavior with DS.
