Is Argus::IRGBHistogram taken after ISP or before ISP?

I see that Argus has an API to get out Histogram of capture image here:

The result of this API is histogram of the picture before applying ISP or after? Thank you.

this is the Raw image statistic results, which processed by early stage of ISP.
