Is Balena etcher from Windows problematic for Jetson Nano?

For the Jetson nano, I flashed the Jetbot image on a 512G SD card using Balena etcher from a Windows 10 machine. When I power up, I do see the nVidia logo but after some time, I get various error messages. Is it a known issue with Balena etcher? Can I use a 512G SD card or do I need to use a smaller size SD card?

These are the initial messages I see on the monitor connected via HDMI

tegradc tegradc.1: dpd enable lookup fail:-19
not writing through dangling symlink ‘etc/resolv.conf’

Near the end, I also get messages like
CPU2: shutdown
CPU3: shutdown
A strt job is running for nvpmodel service (52s / no limit)

They are not bug. It is just some log that would happen in normal boot up case too.
