Is Grace CPU feature list available?in a view of instruction set

Is Grace CPU feature list available? in a view of instruction set.

I see the code of LLVM and GCC.
In LLVM, Neoverse V2 and NVIDIA Grace are treated as same CPU type.
In GCC, Neoverse V2 and NVIDIA Grace are treated as different CPU type.
I am wondering the correct instruction set which is supported in Grace CPU.
