Just a thought: If your customer might have two of your devices on the same network switch or router, then having two units with the same MAC address would probably result in a collision error. If there is only ever the one Jetson on that switch or router, then it wouldn’t matter. Personally I’d think due to the possibility of odd network circumstances not being obvious and causing a lot of support time that I’d probably increment the MAC on every unit that went to the customer.
