Is it legal to release sample Jupyter notebooks and config files

Hi, I used TLT to train a SSD MobileNet model. For this end I customized the sample Jupyter notebooks and config files.
Now I want to release my work on a GitHub repo. Is this action permitted by Nvidia and should I include any license to the repository?

For none-business purpose, I don’t see any legal issue to share your project on GitHub.
There are many developers done this already.
