Is it possible to download x86_64 Ubuntu on the TX1?

I’m talking about the installer that would be available here: CUDA Toolkit 11.7 Update 1 Downloads | NVIDIA Developer

Operating System: Linux
Architecture: x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu
Version: 14.04
Installer type: runfile (local)

Or generally any 64-bit OS that will work on the TX1’s arm-based processor but is exposed to application-level code as x86_64?

x86_64 code will not run on ARMv8a (JTX1). The two architectures are completely foreign to each other and will not interchange.
