Is it possible to enable FRL manually?

Hello everyone,

I am using NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 as a hdmi source device and analyzing the receiving data. I want to test my sink device but I have one question. Is it possible to enable Fixed Rate Link (FRL) signaling technology for 3Gbps-3lanes? I can only receive TMDS technology when the data rate per lane is equal or less than 6Gbps.

EDIT: I am using windows environment and not linux

I guess you would have to use a custom edid with frl enabled and the tmds max freq set 100MHz or somthing like that.
