Is nvdia codec sdk support to encode yuv to jpeg?

I am using nvdia codec sdk 8.2.16 and wonder if nvdia codec sdk support encoding yuv to jpeg ? I notice that the sdk supports jpeg decoding.So whether does it support encoding yuv to jpeg ? Thanks!
