Hi,

I have a Fermi based Quadro card and wanted to test some stuff with Optix. It seems like Optix 3.9 is last release supporting those cards and i am curious whether i can use that in conjunction with Cuda 8.0 release.

Thanks…

No, CUDA Toolkit 7.5 is the most recent one which works with OptiX 3.9.1.
Always check the OptiX Release Notes before setting up a development environment for any version.

Thanks for the clarification Detlef. I did check the release notes, but it was not clear to me whether that is possible.

Best
