We have a DGX A100 server, which is isolated from the Internet. We want to update to OS6.x. However, the links on the Downloads pages are broken.
May I ask if there are other ways to download it?

What link are you trying to go to? If you log into the NVIDIA Enterprise Support Portal and navigate to “Downloads” at the top, you should be able to download the DGX OS 6.3.2 ISO from https://enterprise-support.nvidia.com/s/announcement/a4z8Z000000cteF/nvidia-dgx-os-63-release .
Does that not work for you?

Yes, I am able to log into the main Enterprise Support site. I downloaded and updated the firmware last week. However, I am not able to download any OSs
Very strange. I can’t replicate the issue (I know, that’s how it always is!), but might be ending up at a different CDN endpoint than you when clicking on the ISO download link.
I’d suggesting making a support ticket with NVIDIA Enterprise Support, so they can help get you the download.
Since you already have a DGX system running an earlier version, you could also try and in-place update following Upgrading the OS — NVIDIA DGX OS 6 User Guide
and Air-Gapped Installations — NVIDIA DGX OS 6 User Guide although I 100% understand the “Start over from scratch” thought too. :-)
