Is there a way to install Omniverse launcher to a different location?

Hi,

I am using NVIDIA Omniverse in a windows computer in a university network. After signing out from the windows user profile, following data will be wiped out as per the university network rules.
C:\Users<User ID>

Therefore, I need to reinstall Omniverse launcher since it is getting installed by default at C:\Users<User ID>\AppData\Local

Is there a way to install Omniverse launcher to a different location ?

I moved installed C:\Users<User ID>\AppData\Local\omniverse-launcher to a different location and ran it. But it is again requesting settings like LIBRARY PATH, CACHE PATH, etc and previously installed libraries are missing.

Isaac Sim Version: 4.2.0
Operating System: Windows 11
GPU Information: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4080
