Is there an API that takes in RAW image file captured by v4l and returns an ISP processed image?

Hi, I have a v4l application that reads raw frames from a camera. I want to then manually send these raw files for processing by the ISP. Is there an API / set of APIs to do so?

NO, this use-case is not supported.

please refer to Camera Architecture Stack, you may enable nvarguscamerasrc to make the sensor processed by ISP.
