Is there an errata for the CUDA 3.0 programming guide and CUDA 3.0 best practices?

No, there isn’t an errata. If you have found errors in the documentation, post them here and we’ll try and fix them in the next release!

I know this has been a problem for years, but it would be really, really nice if the appendices showed up in the PDF table of contents shown in the sidebar of most PDF readers. It would make it much faster to navigate through the useful reference material back there.
