Is there any good way to autoload CUDA.kext at boot ?

I think this topic has been discussed several times in this FORUM, but I still be suffered by the same problem.
I use MATHEMATICA 8 with the latest CUDA driver and works fine. But though 'System/Library/StartupItems/CUDA/~" is properly
set up. CUDA.kext is not loaded at boot time. I temporarily use Terminal command “sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/CUDA.kext”
which I have learned in this FORUM and this works. But I am wondering if this is the only way to solve my problem. Permissions to CUDA files are
set 755. Does anyone know better idea ? Thanks
