Is there any other way to activate Power GUI except re-flash Orin?

I’m using Jetson Orin 32GB EVB with installed newest JetPack JP5.0 components. I tried new Power GUI and it doesn’t come up any window.

So I would like to know is there any other way to activate Power GUI besides re-flash my Orin from scratch using SDK Manager?

We can see the Jetson Power GUI pop-up on Desktop without problem.
Can you reboot and try again? or flash JP-5.0 DP again?

Thank you. I tried reboot but still fail. About flash JP 5.0, I need to prepare an host linux PC and run SDK Manager, correct?

Yes, with Ubuntu 20.04 on host PC.
