Is there any plan to open source bl_update_payload code?

I want to use the nv_update_engine to update the bl_update_payload, but I do not want to restart the system after the update finish.Is there any plan to open source bl_update_payload code?

Actually, with recent versions of L4T, you can use nv_update_engine --install no-reboot to perform the update without the automatic reboot. I think it was introduced in R32.3.1, but may have been earlier.
