Isaac Lab loads user extensions even when in conda?

Detailed Description

When I run command in conda

Isaaclab.bat --sim

it also loads my extensions in my user custom extension folders, I thought that thsi would be a completely separate environment as I’m running in conda?

Its not a bug, I’m just confused as how is it linked in anyway?
