Isaac SDK Simulation launch fails with Could not copy memory Error 38

Problem:
running Simulation that will eventually connect to Unity: bazel run //apps/navsim:navsim_navigate
exits with error: algorithm_cuda.cpp@55: Could not copy memory. Error: 38

My Configuration:
Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS” on a PC with Isaac SDK 2019.3.
Kernel 4.15.0-43-generic
NVIDIA driver 430
Geforce 1050 Ti
cuda_10.0.130_410.48
cudnn-10.2-linux-x64-v7.6.5.32
TensorRT-6.0.1.5.Ubuntu-18.04.x86_64-gnu.cuda-10.0.cudnn7.6.tar.gz
tensorflow 1.15.0

Solution:
use a newer kernel
for example kernel 4.15.0-88-generic works
