Detailed Description
I have been using the isaac simulation gate in isaac sim 2023.1.1 and it was running as expected. In the new version, it doesn’t seem to work properly ( the execOut is always fired regardless of the step provided). I have used the same omnigraph in both 2023.1.1 and 4.2.0 versions, and the results were different.

As you can see, this is isaac sim 2023.1.1 where the print message does not appear since the constant uint provided is 0. When changing that to 1, the message appears on the screen. If i open the same scene in isaac sim 4.2.0, I get the message on the screen regardless of the value provided.
