i find some issue about NVSTREAM API:

Client side:
i use NvMedia send NvMediaImage ,why client side can get the value: NvMediaImage->captureGlobalTimeStamp, it’s not zero.
but on the receive side ,this field is zero all the time. anybody can help, thx very much?
