I have write a 4.6.1v jetpack os in 64gb sd card. and attach with recomputer j1010 motherboard, But it is not displaying on monitor when i have gives the 5V 3.5A power supply. So, please guide me that how to interfce it.

You need to contact wirh vendor for how to flash the JetPack/BSP, they should have the instruction/guide to get your device work.
