Hello everyone,

We are facing an issue with a broken display module on the Nvidia Drive AGX Orin.

We require a solution to either repair or replace the broken display module. If necessary, we would also like to know the recommended place or procedure to purchase a replacement display module, along with the pricing and estimated shipping time.

Please provide information on the recommended locations for purchasing a new display module.

And then how to open the case? for replacement display module 😂

May I know how the display module is broken? Is target connected via ssh/minicom and able to test samples?

The DisplayPort experienced a short circuit in the physical port, which could possibly be caused by dirt or a foreign object inside the port, causing the pins within the port to connect improperly.

Unfortunately we can’t repair the board in this case. We can’t send display module and instructions to repair own, as it needs to open the chassis which violates our terms and conditions.

As asked, could you connect via minicom/ssh to target and use VNC for checking any GUI output of applications.

Looks good. You can use VNC in case you want to test GUI output.

As clarified earlier, we can’t send display module and instructions to fix it.

As clarified earlier we can’t repair the board for this case. VNC output seems to be good and we suggest to use it.
