# Issue with career website

Hi, I’m having an issue with my NVIDIA Careers/Workday candidate account.

I accidentally created the account with a typo in my email address. I used the “Change Email” option and entered the correct address, but I never received the verification email. The portal now says:

“You’ve already requested to change your email. Try again later.”

I’m currently completing a job application and would appreciate help resetting the pending email change or updating the candidate account to the correct email.

I can provide the incorrect and correct email addresses if needed.

Hello Tom. Thank you so much! I was able to log in and correct the email address. I really appreciate your help.

I have one related question. An NVIDIA employee submitted a referral for me using **[susansoleimani@gmail.com](mailto:susansoleimani@gmail.com)**. Would you be able to confirm whether that referral is properly associated with my candidate profile now, or if anything else needs to be done?
