Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working with a Jetson Orion Nano and facing an issue with the onboard Bluetooth BLE module.
Despite using an antenna with the onboard Bluetooth, I’ve noticed significant connectivity issues. The device takes a long time to establish a connection, and in most cases, it fails to connect entirely. However, when I use an external Bluetooth dongle, the connection is established quickly and consistently without any issues.
Here’s a quick summary of the problem:
- Device: Jetson Orion Nano
- Issue: Onboard Bluetooth BLE takes time to connect and frequently fails to connect.
- Observation: Using an external Bluetooth dongle resolves the connectivity issues.
- Setup: I am using an external antenna with the onboard Bluetooth module.
Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue? Is there any firmware update, driver setting, or configuration I should try to improve the performance of the onboard Bluetooth BLE module ?
Additionally, do I need to consider replacing the onboard Wi-Fi/Bluetooth hardware to address this issue?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your support in resolving this issue.
