Issue with rtcwake -m off on Jetson Orin NX

Dear NVIDIA Support Team,

I am using a Jetson Orin NX and experiencing an issue where the rtcwake -m off command does not work. The device shuts down as expected, but it does not power back on after the specified time.

  • RTC functionality works correctly with hwclock, and the RTC maintains time when a CR2032 battery is attached.
  • The rtcwake command works in mem mode, but not in off mode.

Does the Jetson Orin NX hardware and PMIC support Wake-on-RTC for a complete shutdown (rtcwake -m off)?

Wake by RTC is not supported.
