Issue with shutdown on NVIDIA Jetson AGX after installing RT-Linux

Hi everyone,

I am facing a strange issue where after installing the RT-Linux using JetPack 4.4 on NVIDIA AGX Xavier, the board does not shutdown(LED remains glowing) even after shutting it down using desktop application. I have to hard press the shutdown button for 10 sec on development kit to switch off the board. This issue is not observed when I installed the JetPack 4.4 without RT-Linux patch applied. I applied the RT kernel patch available in the kernel script folder.

Please run this script before your run the power off command.rt.sh.txt (5.3 KB)

(Please remember to remove the txt in file name before running it)

Thanks Wayne. Running the script before shutdown solves the issue. Now the AGX shutdown in a normal way.
