Issues with initial boot of Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit

I am encountering issues with booting my Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit. To the best of my knowledge, I followed the steps below and was able to install the correct image on the SD card. When I connect the SD card to the Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit I see the Nvidia image, and then the screen goes blank with a blinking underscore. I have tried reinstalling the image five times on MacOS and on Linux with the same result.

Hi,

do you get any UART log when you boot up the device?
Please re-flash the device using SDK Manager or the command tool provided in our BSP, as installing OS into the SD card does not make any changes to the internal QSPI memory, from which issues usually arise from.
