Issues with the vSphere DLS license server

Hypervisor: VMware ESXi, 6.7.0, 13644319
DLS version: nls-3.2.0-bios-ESXi

I deploy the OVF, and assign an IP. After booting, and then go to the License server in a web browser, I see this:

Error : Not Found

I’ve redeployed the OVF twice from independently downloaded copies. Is there an easy way to find out what I’m doing wrong? I was expecting to see a web-page where I could configure the license server, get a token to put in the portal and assign licenses to.

Did you type in: HTTPS://IP_address explicitly ?
