I need to find out please, if the J3010-Edge AI Device with NVIDIA Jetson Orin™ Nano 4GB module is Compliant with NDAA for use in US Government Projects? There is a new version of the NDAA compliance standard.
Can NVidia provide some kind of written documentation of non-compliance or especially if it is compliant!
If you do not know what it is, I can only assume you are not aware and therefore are probably not complaint. Darn shame…
For Orin Nano,the answer is No.
