Do you use same PD controller cypd4226 as our Orin developer kit?
infact , we don.t use the cypd4226. we just use the cc controller UTC2000. and utc2000 has no communicate port with orin mode, maybe I should delete the ucsi_ccg in the devicetree?

You should have two pins connecting to Orin as VBUS_DETECT pin and ID pin to let Orin switch to host mode or device mode. Please check For an OTG Port in document to modify device tree ucsi_ccg. The section can be applied to both Xavier and Orin.
The setting for Orin developer kit is in
hardware/nvidia/platform/t23x/concord/kernel-dts/cvb/tegra234-p3737-0000-a00.dtsi
hardware/nvidia/platform/t23x/concord/kernel-dts/tegra234-p3737-a04-overlay.dts
You would need to customize it to fit your custom board.
